Upon confirmation, please forward us the Letter of Undertaking or email confirmation from your company to make reservation. We would require full payment prior to check-in either by credit card or by telegraphic transfer. Beside the apartment rental, there will be a miscellaneous deposit of MYR500 to be collected upon check-in (should there be incidental charges, the amount or balance of the amount will be refunded upon check-out/Cash – immediately upon check out/ Credit Card – 21 days after check-out.
